Deion Sanders, a Pro Football Hall of Famer, is currently wrapping up his first season as head coach of the University of Colorado Boulder football team. For each of the phrases noted above, Coach Sanders has sought trademark protection in different field(s). Some of these fields include clothing/attire items, household items, coaching, and entertainment services. For example, regarding the F AROUND AND FIND OUT phrase, Coach Sanders is seeking trademark protection related to various clothing/attire items. In regard to the PRIME EFFECT phrase, Coach Sanders is seeking trademark protection related to coaching and entertainment services. Each of the trademark applications related to the above-identified phrases are still pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
